Prohibition on the use of engineered stone
This Regulation Impact Statement provides an analysis of the impact of a prohibition on the use of engineered stone under current Work Health and Safety laws in response to the epidemic of occupational lung disease including accelerated silicosis in the engineered stone industry.

This paper argues that there is a need to increase the involvement of Australian general practitioners (GPs) working in private practice to realise the potential of direct-acting antiviral treatments for people with the hepatitis C virus.
