Based on 397 responses from disability services, this report found that most providers, despite challenging circumstances, remain resilient and are determined to thrive. The report looks at the cost to the system of high quality providers leaving the market, and considers the way forward to secure to secure the future for disability support services.

Regulation of the NDIS market, while still evolving, is a key part of achieving quality and safety in the delivery of supports. This report provides a summary of finding from consultations with NDIS providers to improve the regulatory arrangements and supporting systems to enhance the quality of services to NDIS participants.
