This paper presents findings from a scoping study into the potential for policy interventions that can both boost small business productivity and contribute to net-zero. The paper looks at the evidence on the case for supporting small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to take action on net zero, the challenges for policy interventions, and the role for experimentation.
