This report draws on both the policy and the academic literature to provide an overview of the issues and challenges identified around the utilisation of autonomous systems in health and care, focusing on issues that are likely to impact the trustworthiness of, and trust in, these systems.

This research identifies three distinct groups within the population that emerged from a survey of responses to questions about structural and individual causes of inequalities, fairness and perceptions of inequalities in the United Kingdom.

Based on a nationally representative survey of over 2,000 people, this study examines attitudes towards different types of inequality, in the context of the coronavirus crisis.
