Quality employee–manager relationships are key to career success
This study explores how the quality of employee-manager relationships influences workplace success, particularly for autistic employees. It examines whether strong relationships enhance job satisfaction, career development and the ability to use their strengths at work. They find that a strong employee-manager relationship consistently predicts workplace success for autistic employees.

This commentary considers neurodivergence as a gendered concept shaped by gender biases and societal norms and outlines several key issues or factors related to the gendered nature of neurodivergence. It calls for further exploration of the intersection of neurodiversity and gender to advance understanding and create more inclusive workplaces that recognise and celebrate diversity.

This study explores how autistic individuals experience workplace social interactions differently by gender. It finds that autistic women may place greater importance on navigating these interactions, highlighting the need for gender-sensitive workplace adjustments.

Building capacities for inclusion: identifying the priorities of inclusion and mainstream capacity building for people with a spinal cord injury (SCI) and post-polio syndrome
People with SCI and PP experience a range of barriers from mainstream services. These can be understood as capacity gaps in the areas of knowledge, attitude, policy and, most frequently, infrastructure and resources. This report highlights the priorities for action, as well as the inter-relationship between inadequate capacity areas.
