The purpose of this research was to explore employment and English language outcomes for former quota refugees three years post-arrival in New Zealand. Its aim was twofold - to understand how services have contributed to settlement outcomes or acted as barriers and to understand former refugees’ perspectives on gaps in services.

Economics of utility-scale solar in Aotearoa New Zealand


This study contributes to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment’s development of the Electricity Demand and Generation Scenarios (EDGS). It does so by providing a forecast of potential utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar electricity generation in New Zealand, with accompanying detailed information such as size, location, and cost of each project.
