This final report informed the 2022 Australian government's expansion of the Consumer Data Right to the telecommunications sector. The Consumer Data Right allows consumers to control the use of their data by trusted third parties.

This paper includes information on activities the federal government is currently undertaking to support artists, art centres and the industry, and asks questions of the sector to inform future activities, especially considering the full long-term effects of COVID-19.
