This discussion paper contains eight areas for proposed law reform, as well as policy context and detailed explanations of each law reform proposal.

National plan to respond to the abuse of older Australians (elder abuse) 2019–2023
Developed in collaboration with state and territory governments, the National Plan establishes a framework under which governments will prioritise and report on activity to reduce the prevalence and impact of elder abuse by working together on priority areas that would benefit from national collaboration.
