This report examines the Every Moment Matters advocacy campaign led by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education (FARE) and its contributions to driving meaningful societal change. The campaign aims to support alcohol-free pregnancies and safe breastfeeding practices across Australia. 

Using a Social Return on Investment framework, this report quantifies the social, economic, and health outcomes achieved through the campaign. The findings reveal that every dollar invested in the campaign yields substantial benefits, including enhanced public health, reduced economic burdens linked to alcohol-related harm, and improved community wellbeing, delivering an economic return of $9.
