The 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games (the Games) present an opportunity to make change by using the Games to advance the economy, improve the environment, enhance connectivity and build more inclusive communities through sport. The 20-year journey to a healthier, more active and inclusive society is laid out in this Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games Legacy Strategy. 

Elevate 2042 sets out to accelerate improvements to Brisbane, Queensland, and Australia by taking full advantage of the opportunities presented by the Games. The Strategy follows a year of community consultation resulting in more than 14,000 suggestions in partnership with Games Delivery Partners, and creates a framework guiding development and investment towards a more inclusive, sustainable and connected society. 

Elevate 2042 has a focus on four key areas:
