Do you work in government? If you have a .gov.au email address you are eligible for APOgov.

APO has always offered a great free service, why are you charging now?
Since 2002, we continue to offer a free service to our newsletter subscribers and website users. To support us to grow and evolve, some of our new services will have a membership fee. This will allow us to thrive as a self-sustainable public good. 

Our selection of generalist newsletters (Policy Weekly and Policy Pulse) and our repository will remain free. 

Is My APO+ tax deductible?
Yes, within Australia My APO+ is a tax-deductible work expense. You will be sent a tax receipt after your purchase. 

Where will I see all My APO+ services?
Every logged-in user has a My APO+ dashboard — accessible from the top main menu. You will see all the relevant features there, as well as on the resource pages and in your search results.

If I subscribe to My APO+ can I still get my other free APO newsletters?
Of course. This does not affect subscriptions to our free newsletter service including the Policy Weekly newsletters. If you are new to APO, consider signing up for our free weekly update containing the latest policy and research.

How do I change subject-based newsletter subscriptions?
Go to your My APO+ dashboard, and under the My APO+ logo on the left hand side, click on ‘My newsletter subscriptions’.

If you are subscribed to any of our free newsletters (Policy Weekly, Policy Pulse, or APO Update) you can update your preferences (or use the link at the bottom of the newsletter).

Does each subject-based newsletters cost an additional amount?
No. Once you join My APO+ the price is the same whether you choose one or multiple newsletters. We’ll continue to evolve and add to the service offering at no additional cost to your current subscription.

Do you provide organisational, department or team discounts?
No, at this time we do not offer this option. You may be interested in our sponsorship packages for organisations

How do I set up a saved search?
To save a search and sign up for notifications, start by searching APO. Use the filters on the left hand side to narrow your search. When you have refined your search, click the ‘Save search’ button (above the search results, on the right) and a pop-up will appear. In the pop-up window you can name the search and choose how frequently you’d like to receive updates. You can view, modify or delete saved searches via your dashboard.

Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind. You will be charged the full annual subscription price at time of purchase. If you are switching jobs you can update your details by clicking on ‘Edit my profile’ on your My APO+ dashboard.
