Description
The Independent Evaluation of the National Community Hubs Program was commissioned in the context of the establishment of a network of an anticipated 100 Community Hubs under the Program. This was a process evaluation of the first stage of the Hub roll-out (30 Hubs nationally: 15 in New South Wales, 10 in Victoria and 5 in Queensland).
Its purpose was to address the question of whether the program is being delivered as intended. This involved determining:
• What is being delivered;
• How it is being delivered; and
• The process of service delivery
The outcomes of this evaluation are intended to inform the future directions and roll-out of the program.
