This handbook provides a number of examples where Section 200AB of the Copyright Act might be of use to libraries, archives, galleries and educational institutions.

The handbook begins with a background to the new provision, and an outline of how the Australian Digital Alliance believes each of the steps of the provision should be approached by institutions. A number of possible scenarios are outlined to illustrate how s200AB might work in practice.
